Impressions Expo requires all speakers to submit their presentations prior to the start of the start of the show and to use a show approved template. You can download the template here.

Registration/Hotel Accommodations

As an Impressions Expo speaker, you do not need to register yourself for the show. We will register you as a speaker which provides you with complimentary access to all seminars and the show floor. Your badge will be available in the Speaker’s Lounge located in room 313.

Speakers are required to book their own hotel accommodation. You can book your stay through our housing partner, EventSphere.

Speaker’s Lounge

The Speaker’s Lounge is in room 313. Speakers are encouraged to use this space for various reasons including: meeting with co-presenters/other speakers, reviewing your slides or simply take some time to relax. Coffee/water and snacks will be available for speakers only.

Audiovisual in Session Rooms

The standard set in each session room is: LCD projector, screen, microphone, flipchart and head table. Speakers do need to bring their own laptop to connect to the projector. If you operate off a MAC, please note that you will also need to bring your own dongle.

Company Brochures and Additional Speakers

Handouts that address a specific company/product are not permitted in the conference sessions. In addition, speakers are pre-approved and so an approved speaker is not allowed to add additional speakers to their session. If you would like to have a co-speaker considered for your session, please contact Melissa Burst, melissa.burst@emeraldx.com.
