The ESM includes critical dates and deadlines, booth furnishings, shipping information, labor and storage information, lead retrieval, booth rules and guidelines and more.
Profile Manager
In the profile manager you can:
- Update your product categories and company description
- Purchase digital upgrades to your online listing
Badge Registration
All personnel accessing the show floor must register for a badge. Each company has a certain amount of complimentary registrations depending on the size of your booth. Additional registrations are $25.
Promote Your Presence
Promotional Tools
Impressions has banner ads and other tools for you to use to promote your presence at the show and invite your customers to visit your booth.
Promo Code for a Free Expo Pass
Each Impressions exhibitor has a unique code for free expo passes. Find the code by logging into exhibitor badge registration and look to the left rail and you will see an Invite Your Customers section.

Exhibit Hall Hours:
- Thursday, March 20, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Friday, March 21, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Saturday, March 22, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
Move-In Schedule
This schedule is for move-in of your exhibit and display equipment. Should you have any questions regarding move-in, please contact your sales representative
- Tuesday, March 18, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Wednesday, March 19, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Move-Out Schedule
Booths must be broken-down, all crates and skids must be tagged and ready for carrier pick-up. Carrier pick-up from dock only.
- Saturday, March 22, 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Sunday, March 22, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Utilizing advertising and sponsorships is an excellent strategy to distinguish your company from other exhibitors at Impressions Expo Atlantic City. There is everything from onsite sponsorships, digital sponsorships, to pre-show sponsorships to choose from!

Impressions Expo Atlantic City Vendors
- Our official hotel vendor for Impressions is EventSphere.
- Our official show directory is produced by us using Personify/A2Z.
- Your listing will be pulled from your profile.
- Lead retrieval units are available through our registration partner, Experient.
- Attendee email lists can only be rented from us. NO other company has an Impressions attendee list.
Unauthorized Housing and Attendee List Companies Contacting Exhibitors & Attendees
Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service other than EventSphere, Impressions Atlantic City Official Housing Provider, that implies or claims to be an official housing provider of Impressions. Please also be cautious with vendors soliciting the attendee list—we are the only party who has this data and the only party who sells it. We have been made aware of other housing companies, travel agencies, and list brokers that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms or purchase our attendee list through their company at supposedly significant discounts. Impressions Expo has NO affiliation with these organizations and in no way endorses their services.
