What are the onsite registration hours?

Registration Hours:

Thursday, March 21, 2024                 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday, March 22, 2024                      8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday, March 23, 2024                 8:00 am – 2:00 pm

Can I bring my child to the show?

No infants or children under the age of 16 will be permitted on the Expo Show Floor, Workshops and/or Conference Seminars. Absolutely NO exceptions. Proof of age is required. Please note Emerald reserves the right to accept, reject or prohibit registration for or attendance at its events at any time for any reason.

Where can I find session handouts?

If submitted by the speaker, you can find them in the Impressions app. Once you find the session in the schedule and are in the session details, scroll down to the handout area.

Is there a lost & found?

If you find an item or have lost one yourself, please bring it to or check in with the registration desk where you picked up your badge.

Where can I grab food or drink?

Concessions stands are location in the back of the exhibit hall.

When and where is Impressions Expo Atlantic City 2024?

Impressions Expo Atlantic City 2025 takes place from March 20 – 22, 2025 at the Atlantic City Convention Center.

What are the expo floor hours?

Where can I see a map of the show?

View a map of Impressions Expo by selecting “Floor Plan” from the app menu or in the printed show guide.

When and/or where is my session?

Room number for sessions can be found in the Schedule portion of the app or in the printed show guide.

Can I add a new session to my registration?

Yes! Visit the registration desk and they will assist in adding/changing sessions. Please note that there may be a fee if adding additional sessions to your registration.

Can I take photographs during the show?

Show Management is respectful of the time and resources utilized by each exhibitor and speaker in the research and development of new and exciting products in the decorated apparel industry. In an effort to protect our exhibitors and speakers, unauthorized photography or video recording is not allowed on the Expo Floor or in Conference Session rooms at Impressions events without first obtaining permission from the exhibitor or speaker. Violators will be ejected from the show and could be denied entry to future Impressions Expo events and/or be prosecuted.
