Should I cancel my flight?

Many airlines are offering waived change fees at this time. We would recommend changing your flights to align with the new show dates as soon as possible.

 

How do I cancel/rebook my hotel?

If you booked a hotel reservation outside of our block, you will need to cancel/transfer your reservation on your own.

 

Should I cancel my other orders for utilities and services not placed with Emerald?

Am I still an Exhibitor at Impressions Expo Atlantic City 2021?

Yes. Your Impressions Expo Atlantic City 2021 space application is still reserved for the June show. Our team will be reaching out with a one-page contract addendum requiring acknowledgement of the new event dates. December 4, 2020 is the deadline to submit your one-page contract addendum.

 

How will my booth location/number be determined?

Booths will be assigned via a Space Draw process similar to all Impressions events. After the December 4, 2020 deadline to return your one-page contract addendum we will assign booths based on priority points, space requirements, and space availability. Addendums and contracts received after the December 4, 2020 deadline will be placed on a first come first serve basis and available locations.

Can I change my booth size?

Possibly, please contact your sales representative immediately to discuss available options.

 

Will my sponsorships and other marketing opportunities roll over to the new dates?

Yes. All signed sponsorship contracts will also remain valid. Our team will be reaching out with a one-page sponsorship contract addendum requiring acknowledgement of the new event dates. November 1, 2020, is the deadline to submit your one-page contract addendum.

 

Are there still sponsorship marketing opportunities available right now?

Yes. If interested in exploring opportunities or customizing a new sponsorship idea to connect with buyers right now, please contact your sales representative.

 

Will the Exhibitor Services Manual be updated with new deadlines?

Yes. We are working on this now and will communicate this with you as soon as it is updated. Exhibitor Service Manuals typically are made available 3 months prior to show staging.

 

What are my options if I am not able to exhibit on the new dates?

We very much hope you will join us in June, but we understand that conflicts may arise with the new dates. If your company is no longer able to attend due to a date conflict please contact your sales representative immediately to discuss all available options.
