When and where is Impressions Expo Atlantic City 2025?

Impressions Expo Atlantic City 2025 takes place from March 20–22, 2025 at the Atlantic City Convention Center.

What are the onsite registration hours?

Registration Hours:

Wednesday, March 19, 2025: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Thursday, March 20, 2025: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday, March 21, 2025: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday, March 22, 2025: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm

Can I bring my child to the show?

No infants or children under the age of 16 are permitted on the Expo Show Floor, workshops, or conference seminars. Absolutely no exceptions. Proof of age is required.

Emerald reserves the right to accept, reject, or prohibit registration for or attendance at its events at any time for any reason.

Where can I find session handouts?

If submitted by the speaker, session handouts can be found in the Impressions app. Open the session in the schedule, then scroll down to the handout section.

Is there a lost & found?

If you find or lose an item, please visit the registration desk where you picked up your badge.

How do I get an International Visa Letter of invitation?

Impressions Expo welcomes international visitors. Many U.S. embassies require an official Letter of Invitation to obtain a travel visa.

You can request the visa letter during the registration process. It will be automatically emailed after registration is complete. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please call 240-439-2980.

How can I make hotel arrangements?

Hotel reservations can be made online via the Hotel Reservations page.

EventSphere is the official housing agent for Impressions Expo Atlantic City.

Can I take photographs during the show?

Unauthorized photography or video recording is not allowed on the Expo Floor or in Conference Session rooms without permission from the exhibitor or speaker.

Violators may be removed from the show and could be denied entry to future Impressions Expo events or subject to prosecution.
