With over two decades in the decorated apparel industry, Frank Good brings a wealth of hands-on experience and practical insight to every conversation. He began his journey in 2003 as the owner of a successful promotional decoration business, which he ran for ten years before transitioning into corporate roles with S&S Activewear and STAHLS’. Over the years, Frank has visited and consulted with hundreds of decorator shops—from start-ups to large-scale enterprise operations—helping them refine workflows, improve production efficiency, and navigate an ever-evolving marketplace.

Frank spent five years at S&S Activewear managing their Contract Decorator Network before rejoining STAHLS’ in 2024, where he now serves on the Commercial Sales team managing enterprise and contract decorator accounts. A frequent trade show presenter, podcast guest, and advocate for industry collaboration, Frank is passionate about helping decorators leverage innovation and partnership to grow their businesses.
