Basic tips examples: - Arranging the jobs for the day to print in the most efficient order. - Recommend use of set up/break down cart. - Maximizing the use of on press consumables. (Glue, ink, cleaners, etc) - Coding of screen information to reduce miscommunication. - Balancing squeegee pressure and angles for maximum efficiency. - Choosing the proper mesh for the design to allow the press to operate faster. - Tips to prevent stopping the machine.
